[Dxspider-support] [sysops] SH/MOTD not working

As I happen to have the bonnet up at the moment, I can say that this is 
a "feature" which will not be changed in the mojo branch. All "local" 
changes must be made
in /spider/local_data. So motd, issue and similar files must be put 
there, not in /spider/data.
