[Dxspider-support] Need help the sovle a broken clusten

You don't have a working users.v3 file. Do you have a copy of your old 
spider tree? If so you will need to go to spider/data and then type: 
perl userasc

Either that or you will have to start from scratch and do a 
/spider/perl/create_sysop.pl
