[Dxspider-support] autostart dxspider

On a Windows PC, I created a batch file and tell Windows to invoke the
batch file.

This is the syntax I used for the batch file.  Open Notepad, put the
command lines and save the file.  Edit the file extension from TXT to BAT

cd c:\spider\local
del cluster.lck
cd c:\spider\perl
PERL CLUSTER.PL
