[Dxspider-support] Internet Problems (?)

Is anyone seeing issues with users connecting to their cluster?  I have a
strange situation which I can not put my finger on.  Most people can't
connect but some can.  I checked to see if the domain can be pinged and it
can.  Anyone else seeing network issues?  Thanks for any input.
