[Dxspider-support] You are already connected elsewhere on the cluster

That's just it, there shouldn't be a connection with VE6CIC-1 as the
connection was terminated when I shut down the machine.  There is something
else going on that makes either my side or their side think there is still
a connection.  I'm not sure which.
