[Dxspider-support] Disable <call> from node

Hi,
To force registering, simply put the following line into your node 
startup script file:

set/var $main::reqreg = 1

After that, you need to restart your node.
You can register a user with "set/regi <call>" and unset registration 
with "unset/regi <call>".
