[Dxspider-support] Script to update DXSpider

Successfully upgraded from master branch to mojo v1.57 build 451 using
Ubuntu 22.04.1 Linux software version.

 Thanks to Kin, EA3CV for the excellent conversion script. Very easy
upgrade!
