[Dxspider-support] Receiving a bunch of duplicated spots, the second one has the frequency 10x the original?

I doubt that it is anything to do with VE7CC-1. I suspect that there is 
some dodgy software. I can't help noticing that all the << 1 shifted 
QRGs, they all come _*VIA*_ EA2CW-1 (i.e. it may be one of his connected 
nodes that is doing this).
