Luigi, from what I'm seeing right now, that traffic has already stopped. I sent him an email to the address that appears on dxcluster.info, I suppose he's read it, I don't know more.

Yes I've seen it. EI7MRE is not one of my partners. To all the sysops that are EI7MRE's partners: please disconnect it for the moment.

Try to contact the Sysop privately.
