[Dxspider-support] IW2NOY-2 and PC92 - Solved

Hi.

I have seen it on my node as well (at least before I upgraded to mojo, so don't know if it is still
that way).

Suddenly I see 1 or 2 nodes on my link list that I know nothing about at all.

Imo nothing should be able to get on the links list, without me doing a set/something.

The few times it has happened, I have made a set/lockout <callsign>

Actually thought that all known nodes were set as locked out, until the sysop did a
set/something.

This seems to be the way this PC92 stuff is happening, as far as I can tell.

I don't want any node to show up on my link list unless I have approved it. Until then they
should just be locked out.
