[Dxspider-support] IW2NOY-2 and PC92 - Solved

Some months ago I've spoken with Dirk about the issue that when a new 
node came up into the network, that node is not automatically locked out 
on all nodes.
This problem started with Mojo build 441 and at today it seems not solved.
