[Dxspider-support] HS0ZER-15 corrupted spots

Interesting corruption happening from HS0ZER-15.  Many spots just like the ones shown.  Viewed at VA6AAA-1 node.
I have now set HS0ZER-15 as a bad node here.  Stops me from retransmitting them.  But they are still everywhere else.

A spot originates on my own node.  Comes in again, and arrives corrupted.  And again.
