[Dxspider-support] spot not being accepted from a specific host

Hi all,

I have an odd situation where I can login to my cluster from a different 
host , submit a spot but that spot doesn't get recorded!

Here is the capture from syslog showing the transaction...

I'm at a loss to know why this is happening.

If I login from my usual host, spots are accepted just fine.

Any help appreciated.
