Hi,

We have detected that EA7IXM is call-spoofing.
Spots with offensive content are being sent. As you know that there are
records of "badwords" you are trying to bypass them by separating the words
into syllables. He changes his callsign frequently and uses proxy clusters
to mask his real IP.
In addition, he has posted a video on YouTube on how to do call-spoofing
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRhuEy_GpYs (in Spanish), informing which
clusters are suitable for this.
We have banned him, although it is impossible to stop him until we know the
IP from which he is doing it.
I advise sysops to update their clusters to try to stop these bad
procedures that do not belong to amateur radio.
