[Dxspider-support] CQ Zones

Using set/dxcq I find that DXSpider 1.57 release 416 thinks my skimmer here
in SM is in CQ Zone 15.

It should be 14.

It also thinks S5 is in zone 14 which should be 15. There may be more.

Has anyone else noticed problems like this?
