[Dxspider-support] Failure sh/version all

Hi Dirk,

The SH/VER ALL command does not work with the ALL option in build 417.
I don't see that you have modified the code, but the condition is not
satisfied:
if ($self->priv > 5 && @in)
priv is correct, I am at the console and @in contains ALL.
