[Dxspider-support] SH/HFSTATS

Now there's something I had not thought about! You would need to restart
to see the build number change because it is (currently) part of the
startup process. I'll see what I can do about that. I feel a
'load/release' or somesuch command coming on.
There are two sets of prefix files. The one I update and any that sysops
update themselves (usually more frequently than I do). The prefix data
that I supply (and are part of the DXSpider updates through git) go into
/spider/data (and should not be changed) and prefix data that sysops
acquire go into /spider/local_data - which you can update as often as
you like.
Whichever is newer is automatically used after a 'load/prefix' or node
restart.
I ought to keep more up to date with the prefix files but it only tends
to happen when I am having a coding spurt. It's a bit pointless to have
to do a git pull and then a load/prefix, thereby getting a new build
number, just because I've updated the prefix data.
