[Dxspider-support] No autolockout on "new" nodes caming up by the network

Hello Dirk and all,
I have to submit here an issue happened on my node [and on other nodes
that I'm helping to manage] running the last Spider's Mojo build
(DXSpider v1.57 build 441).
In the past few days a new node - IW0HLG-3 running DXSpider - was born
and connected to the network through its partner links.
Despite I've never enabled that node to link with my spider node, I've
discovered that that node, in my node, is not automatically locked out
by the code: in few words, that node can connect (and be regularly
treated as a partner node) to my node and not only to my node, but also
to all the other nodes running spider V 1.57 build 441, even if the
sysop has never enabled it to link to the owned node.
If I'm not wrong and I remember well, in past Spider recognizes inside
its user database as nodes ALL the nodes that makes up the network *and*
[as default] marks these as locked out, except the ones that are enabled
to link locally... [ Isn't it, Dirk ? ]
Please, all the sysop running the latest Mojo build could check this
issue on their nodes ?
Please Dirk, could you check this and verify the code ?
Just to be clear: the aim of this message is to reveal a "supposed"
issue into the Spider's code (forgive me, Dirk :) ), not an uncorrected
Sysop's behavior of the before mentioned node.
Thanks for your attention, have a nice weekend you all.
