[Dxspider-support] Local loss of some CC11

Hi Dirk,

I have noticed that from time to time a spot is not sent if you have the 
user "set/ve7cc".
I have looked at the traces and the spot arrives at the node, it is 
forwarded and published to the local users, but the user who should 
receive the CC11 does not receive it.
I don't see any errors in the logs.
I currently have debug enabled:
chan connect cron msg progress state

I don't know if there is a way to see why this is happening.
Can you help me?
