[Dxspider-support] Country file vs show heading results

W8EBR is currently listed in Hawaii per QRZ (effective 25-Oct-2022),
K8DWJ is not (and as far as I know, has never been there).  W8EBR is
not an active contester, so he's not included in the country files at
this time.
