[Dxspider-support] Country file vs show heading results

OK, further experimentation shows that if I include the "=" with the 
call the heading shows correctly, such as show/h =k7dwj, etc. In the 
country files the "=" sign is explicitly included with the call 
exceptions list. Further research is needed, but it appears that 
"=k7dwj", etc. is considered an acceptable call, but "=w1an" is a pirate 
and k7dwg is not in heading list.
May need fixing, but where?
