I totally agree with you Dan. That's why I think we should block traffic from TOR and VPNs, it would be an important milestone.
  

  
Also, you would have to get the sysops to update their spider. I see this more difficult because in general they are not willing to let the update fail them. To help at this point I think it would be important to create a script that allows you to do:
  
current node backup
  
node update
  
and if it fails, restore the backup.
  
With this we would have the IPs of many spotters, something important in order to filter the internode links.
  

  
Another problem is that there are sysops that do not collaborate when they are asked for information about users who are putting garbage on the Network. Even clusters with many users and well known in the world of DX. It is unfortunate this lack of cooperation that leads to allowing so much garbage, but that they lean on the rest of us.
