[Dxspider-support] RBN Z: improving

Hi

In the last ww rtty contest I noticed that all rbn skimmers do not show the 
correct ZONE in the Z: field.  A nice example is WZ7I skimmer located in 
Pennsylvania PA. DXSpider classifies WZ7 prefix in dxcc zone 3 instead of zone 
5. Maybe it would not be a bad idea to preferably parse the online list of rbn 
skimmer stations with more accurate grid square quality data from 
https://www.reversebeacon.net/nodes/#
