[Dxspider-support] Fresh Mojo Installation

FYI, I've used the same wiki instructions to load DXDpider on both Ubuntu
Server and Ubuntu Console versions.

When installing the extra packages in the initial setup, add:

libfile-copy-recursive-perl

Have fun! I initially taught myself linux basics (just enough to be
dangerous) with an offline system prior to migrating from Windoze version.
