[Dxspider-support] "ANN" in crontab won't work

Hello all.
I'm trying to send an ANN command to local users from crontab:

01 10 * * * run_cmd('ann xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx')

but I can't get it working. If I send the same announce manually from
console.pl, users connected locally display it correctly.
Others rows in crontab (update cty, check connections, load badip etc.) do
their job correctly.

Any idea on what's wrong?
