Controversial opinion here but we have to be realistic and accept that sysops running ar-cluster will almost certainly not update, despite the software being years old. I remember Terry has been SK for some years, is ar-cluster still even being developed any more?
So the answer here is to either add this callsign to the bad spotter list and/or add his IP to the block list. At least that way, we can stop his spots appearing on our nodes.
