[Dxspider-support] New check_build.pl

I wish I could do it like that. When I set out to make the script that was my intention, but it turns out that git doesn't allow you to query for new versions, you just download them.

I'll have to do some more research to see how I can do it.

I don't like it but as I've had several requests, and there are sysops who are afraid of updates, I decided to leave it like that for now.

Thanks for the new version Kin it works without any problems a backup is made. Maybe it is worth considering if it would not be better to make a backup only in case a new build is available otherwise not.
