[Dxspider-support] Which Raspbian O/S?

Hello all, I'm about to start building a new node to replace my existing GB7DXC-5 node which 
is currently running the Master version of DXSpider on an out-of-date and unsupported 
version of the Raspberry Pi (Raspbian) operating system ('wheezy' on a Pi Model B).

The new node will run the Mojo version of DXSpider and will be based on a Raspberry Pi 
Model 3 platform; my question is which version of the Raspbian O/S is suggested or 
recommended for DXSpider on a Pi?

I assume it'll be wise to use the most recent 'bullseye' version of the O/S but is it necessary 
or desirable to use the 64-bit version, and is it necessary or desirable to install the full version 
of the O/S with desktop support when the Pi will be run headless?
