[Dxspider-support] For all sysops. Updated list. BLOCK

Hi Old Men

I think it's a good idea to lock nodes who don't identify users telnet
access to the dxspider network with password .

I think every sysop *MUST* do a good work on its own node(s).

But we need a good system to lock/unlock undesired/desired nodes... like
badip!

A list of nodes to be locked out and a list of nodes to be unlocked to
update daily/weekly, just like the badip list.

A generic (but well made) list that have to be updated reading sysops
mailing list is *NOT* a good way of working.

IMHO we need a nodes DB managed by sysops, a dxspider-bot who check
quality of nodes (version, authentication with password, and everything
needed to elevate network quality) and a simple and automatic system to
lock/unlock partner nodes.

I cannot do it, I stop using Perl and and generally coding since 2009...
I'm rellay rusty in it!!! Here are good guys that can do it??? Lost time
in this way will not be wasted.
