[Dxspider-support] Badspots

All the sysops running Mojo branch,

The origin IP of these spots is already flagged as bad, so if the spots 
have been able to be broadcasted, that must be because the badip list 
has not been updated.
To do so, please add the following lines to the file 
/spider/local_cmd/crontab
