If it's like you say Lee, I'd say it's impossible for a DXNet node to have generated them, unless they modified it.

The spots originate as PC61 spots.  Then when they are converted to PC11 spots the comments are truncated and lose some data.

FYI, checked that the command:

     set/badword hamcmwrtc2

stops the flood of auto spots.
I've noticed two kinds of them:

21018.0 CALLSIGN1      7-Jan-2023 0553Z WRTC 2023 Award ham.cm/wrtc2 <XXXXXX>
21033.0 CALLSING2      6-Jan-2023 1217Z WRTC 2023 Award >
ham.cm/wrtc23                            <XXXXXX>

This definition stops both of them
