[Dxspider-support] Ending ham.cm flooding

1st of all, I absolutely respect your point of view, of course, but for
me, the key question is that those spots are automatically generated by
an application. If we all agree on not to broadcast these type of spots
(let's say, reversebeacon spots) and receive them by choice on every
node, I also think that the same policy should be applied to these ones.

Other reason is that the spots are not been sent by the people actually
hearing/working the WRTC SES by themselves, but by a third one by auto
means (again on a similar way to rbn spotting architecture).

IMHO is just another way of cheerleading, like self-spots could be. It
can be useful, but also irritating if you are trying to listen to real
dx stns.
Anyway, it is on every node sysop to reject them (as in the case of RBN,
FT-X, etc.).

Again, with all respect to others' opinions, this is just mine ;-)
