[Dxspider-support] Online "manuals" on the website restored

I have made the plain text versions of the instruction manuals that come 
with the normal distribution available again on the website. I'm not 
certain how it ever worked in the past.

However this is just the stuff that is in the normal spider tree in 
spider/html. It isn't what is contained on https://wiki.dxcluster.org 
which a curated and less out of date version. Go there for the best 
version of the instructions / manuals.
