[Dxspider-support] Stop RBN spots being logged in debug file?

set/debug nologchan

If it's not already set (show/debug), it will reduce your debug files by 
at least 2/3, but it will record every spot stuff direct from the RBN. 
If you don't want RBN spots then don't connect it.
