[Dxspider-support] hamqth replacement (or complement) for sh/qrz

Hello all

I recently noticed that the replacement I wrote, based on the original 
sh/qrz several years ago to replace it, still works perfectly on my 
cluster, using the hamqth data.

If someone may be interested or may be useful, the source and install 
notes are both on my github repository.
