[Dxspider-support] Mail and Bulletins

Hi Howard,

It’s all done via /spider/msg/forward.pl.

By default, there is no foward.pl there so copy forward.pl.issue to forward.pl and tweak as required.

I set mine like this so it forwards bulletins for the UK just to the UK nodes I connect to and everything else goes everywhere.

Once done, I did a load/forward in the console.
