[Dxspider-support] start_connect not working

Hi all

(sorry, I'm digging through issues -- and learning)

I have in a cron under 'sysop'  a start_connect and it doesn't seem to be
working. (ok, it isn't working) as I dropped a link tonight and it wasn't
automatically re-connecting.  I had to do a connect from the console.

Is start_connect a binary/script?  How can I manually test it.
