[Dxspider-support] DXSpider Channel on Telegram

   I agree, to the list as well would be a good way, not sure if GIT can 
send a notice on updates or not.

  That said, Telegram is a common app, I have personally used it for 
years and like it.   Many groups, like Samsung for example send 
notifications to a channel.  So it's not some out there idea by any 
means, but agree something to the list would also be super..
