[Dxspider-support] Hamclock connections

David,

Thanks for your input and concerns. From my perspective, I have minimized
the impact of Hamclock on my own cluster node... when discovered, I block
them. They are free to connect to someone else's mega-cluster that has
unlimited bandwidth... just not mine!
