[Dxspider-support] Fail SP command

I just tested it on my node. A registered user can send messages, but an
unregistered user can not.

Make sure your callsign is registered.

However, this will cause of problem for any unregistered user trying to
draft or reply to you using the node messaging.

Obviously a much tighter security now!
