[Dxspider-support] Filter Announce Spam

For a single user, or the entire node? It also depends if you want all
announcements to stop or just let specific ones through.

I will give you the specific command at that point. There's also a
filtering section of the dxspider wiki that is quite helpful.

Let me know what you want to block out.
