[Dxspider-support] register +password Command

Hi,

For those who use register +password, I have created a couple of pseudo
commands: set/regpass and unset/regpass which are based on set/register +
set/password, so that with one command you can register a user with password
or unregister.
This is perhaps the easiest way to avoid forgetting one of the commands.
