[Dxspider-support] Support for self spotting

A lot of contests (for instance all ARRL contests) allow self spotting
these days.

When I create a spot with my own callsign on my DXSpider node, all I get is
"Sorry, this is a duplicate".

Am I doing something wrong or does this need fixing?
