[Dxspider-support] Support for self spotting

We had a mini poll about this some time ago and there was an large
majority against self spotting below 23cm.
But it's just a tunable variable which you can change on your node:
set/var $Spot::minselfspotqrg 0
But I will create a Doodle and we can try the poll again.
