[Dxspider-support] System Status

Some time ago, there was a station that would send an email letting you
know a node was down or unreachable.  Has that stopped, and if so is there
a way to have a node send an email to the sysop that the node is down?  It
happened to me today where my node was down for a few hours before I was
kindly notified by a user.
