[Dxspider-support] Updating to build 519

Alain,
 
check_build.pl should be run 'always' from console or from spider's crontab. It behaves like an internal spider command:

I got an error:
 /home/config/spider/local_cmd/check_build.pl

BUT the file exist:
/home/config/spider/perl/DXDebug.pm
