[Dxspider-support] HRD Issue (?)

I received an email from a user who is having errors from the cluster using
HRD.  I don't use HRD and this is the first and only issue brought to my
attention.  So if anyone is using HRD and knows what this chap is
describing, any help is appreciated.

*-When I log onto HRD it goes directly to your spotting network... Followed
by the error "Unspecified error" (several of these error boxes). *
*If I check the X it will let me work with your cluster but only for a
short period of time*
