[Dxspider-support] Check_build

You need to place check_build.pl to /spider/local_cmd then in DXSpider 
console type 'load/cmd' to load this command. After that you can run 
this command under DXSpider console, just type 'check_build Y' if you 
want to make a backup of the current DXSpider build. If yopu don't want 
to make a backup just run 'check_build'.

The crontab is located also in /spider/local_cmd
