[Dxspider-support] Set Privilege Command

I need a refresher in the level of a station connecting.  Meaning me.  I
used to be able to register users but now when I use set/reg callsign it
says not allowed.  SO I think my privilege level changed.  How do I get it
back?  I can not find the syntax to change my level.
