[Dxspider-support] Prefix File

Is there an issue with the prefix file that was recently updated?

17 October 2023 (CTY-3333)
    VER20231017, Version entity is Guinea-Bissau, J5

When running the update I get "unkown prefix" errors for everything in the
list.
